UPS Maintenance Contracts
Because we are specialists in repair of electronic cards at the component level, we have the confidence to make maintenance contracts for any UPS brand for at the lowest price.
- Exchange of defective batteries after prior approval of cost estimate.
- Special discount on batteries.
- One visit every three month, preventive maintenance.
- Fault hotline (response time: 24 hours Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm).
- Spare parts covered by maintenance fee.
- Minimum contract period: 1 year.
Preventive Maintenance Visits
At any level of service agreement, your UPS will receive a full service by one of our experienced and fully trained engineers. This will incorporate a visual inspection and electronic testing of the UPS system and it’s environment, with a detailed report being issued on the system’s condition, highlighting any current or potential problems.
Service Level Agreement
We offer 2 Levels of cover with our maintenance contracts throughout Egypt. We also supply you with a custom maintenance contract, tailored to your needs.
1) Partial-Maintenance Contract Excluding Spare Parts And Batteries
- Cleaning the installation.
- Check-up of the mechanical condition and all installation parts.
- Voltage, currents, and load checks.
- Control and possible alignment of oscillator circles.
- Examination and adjustment of all electric control circuits of inverter and rectifier as required.
- Measurement of thyristors , diodes, transformers, filter elements etc, as required to guarantee a perfect operation of installation.
- Capacity test of the batteries as customer requires.
- Exchange of defective batteries after prior approval of cost estimate.
- Special discount on batteries.
- One preventive maintenance visit every three months.
- Fault hotline (response time: 24 hours Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm).
- Minimum contract period: 1 year.
2) Full Maintenance Contract Including Spare Parts Excluding Batteries
